Please help

Please I need help. My current gyno doesnt seem to know how to help me. Ive had 3 pap smears and it all came out to abnormal. I also had a biopsy done but I haven't seen her for a year. Ive had irregular periods since I was 12 when I first got my period. I havent had my period for 10 months. What should I do? could it be a PCOS? I am 21 years old, not pregnant.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
You should get a second opinion regarding your problem. This can be PCOS. Diagnosis can be confirmed by a combination of ultrasonography, blood test in the form of hormonal assay. Also for the abnormal pap, you need follow up with repeat Pap smear and colposcopy.
Hope this helps.
