Shaking...

Hi there, I want to find out. Im a 19year old female. I am worried about something. This past month I started to shake uncontrollably during the day and it lasts for a couple of minutes to an hour. It happens about twice a week. It' s not really cold. I am STRESSED alot because I' m getting married in two week time as well.

Why do I get these shakes / tremors?

I have the following symptoms as well :
Tired
Hungry after iv' e eaten
Nausea untill I eat something
Headache
Cramps once a week
Very short period

I hoe you can help me, or just put me into a direction.

It maybe your nerves and you may want to ask your primary for a some anti-anxiety medicine. I know the week before my wedding I was sooo nervous about getting the small things done. In the end you just have to say, I did my best and enjoy your hubby!!

Hi, could you be pregnant? let me rephrase that have you tested? Can you stop the shaking? if you can stop it, it's just tremors if you can't you might want to see a doctor. mild seizures can cause shaking but your conscious the whole time.  could be caused by stress.  either way seeing a doc is not a bad idea. i hope you figure it out. and congrats on your wedding.
