Hum, I'm really not sure. But for the two ultrasounds I've had they've told me I have a lot of follicles or eggs or cysts. They said just by ultrasound itself they can't tell. You should get all the bloodwork done - Testosterone, LH and FSH to see if you have PCOS

I had a ultrasound and the results of that were negative  but a week later I had an internal ultrasound which showed up pcos, since then I've had many scans and the cysts only show up on internal scans dunno if that helps xx

also just to add .. the expert on this subject told me that an isolated high level of testosterone can be a number of things .. and the bloods should be repeated a couple of times just to make sure it is high all the time... im going to ask my doc to repeat mine, as im trying to conceive ..

Hi,
I just recently had my blood tested, and I was high on the testosterone, but all my other tests came back normal.  My testosterone was 73, was yours that high?  Or is that considered somewhat mild?
