I know a friend who had PCOS and she was trying to conceive for 1.5 yrs. She was on clomid and got pregnant with twins last year. Now her babies(both are girls) are 7 months old and are doing great. So have hope.
Good luck.

Have you tried IVF or Clomid? Many ladies on here have PCOS and have healthy babies. In fact a woman on here is pregnant with a natural set of twins now. I think she is around 23 weeks or so. So yes it is possible.
