The hcg diet is great!  It will get your body ready.  I ordered my hcg from www.metrodetroit.hcgproviders.com.  The prices were reasonable and I got a lot of support.  I lost 40lbs.

Hi. I too have been looking. I have made an appointment with an endocrinologist. Hope she will be able to help. Also, I'm gonna paste a response I got from a doc on here when I asked a similar question.

Hi there!

The symptoms of PCOS need to be controlled individually. To begin with hormonal and endocrine issues need to be dealt with first. After these are corrected one may proceed to other symptoms if they remain. Excessive hair growth may need to be dealt with in consultation with a dermatologist; while for weight loss, it is important to strike the right balance between the diet and the exercise. For best results, along with the medications; it is advised to follow a diet plan and rotate between various physical activities such as running/ jogging, gymming, swimming, yoga, aerobics, pilates etc.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
