excess hair is killing my confidence!

Hi guys, I'm a 29 yr old with pcos since 2001 and only ever sufferred from pelvic pains, irregular periods and acne. However, for the past 12months I have noticed hair on my tummy, chin and neck! I have tried all sorts to control this.

Unfortunately, every birth control pill to regulate my hormones has just caused me more pain in my breasts n tummy, severe mood swings and serious anxiety even the lightest doses. This is totally killing my confidence, libido, and increasing my anxiety levels which are disrupting my sleep patterns.

Please can someone make any recommendations to possibly a natural remed y for the and  anxiety any suggestions for hair problems apart from laser/ipl/hair removal creams/waxing

Thanks :oc

Hi I'm only 16 but I also have the hair problems while I don't have much experience I recommend not shaving it as it will only come back thicker and darker. Try waxing, plucking, hair removal cream or if it's fine and light enough - trimming it.

I have the same problem but since I was young. I am 20 now and yes I do get embarrassed but I haven't been able to find anything other than just shave. I have to shave every single day and I hate but there isn't anything else I can do than just to live with it.
