high fsh/lh levels

Hi,

I've just been to the doctor and had blood tests done as i've missed my period for the last four months. My FSH came back at 54 and an LH 42 which the doctor has explained is higher than normal. I am booked in to see a specialist in two weeks but im really worried. I've done a google search and have seen levels like that can indicate pcos or early menopause, im 27. Are their any other conditions that can cause my levels to be so high?
