i think i might be pregnant

i have had pcos since i was 13 and never had periods until a year ago when i had an operation to remove a cyst and now i get periods every month for three days each month my two months ago i had sex two weeks before my period was due i got my period that month but this month so far i have had nothing .
Me and Partner have been trying to have a baby for the last six years and i dont want to get excited just yet does any one think i could be pregnant ?

It took me seven years for my son... I had 9 negative hpt then a blood test positive.. don't give up... But I digest a blood test... Good Luck..

HI,
Delayed cycles can be a feature of PCOS. Hence it is difficult to say whether you are pregnant or not. You can do a home pregnancy test to find out. Also blood tests are more reliable.
