pink discharge with slight cramping wht is this

Hi I have PCOS from February 2017 it has diagnosed.I Trying to conceive from March 2017.It was BFN.I put on Metformin nd clomid nd LuPI FSH Injection,Dubagest,Decdan for 3 months by my gynae.My LMP was on 19 th September.I expected my period on 16 th october.My period is quite regular 28 or 29 days cycle from when I put on medication.I had no period on 16 th October.I have white discharge on the morning of 17 th October that means today's morning.I constipated a lot on today's morning.after that from around 9.00 a.m I have pink discharge and slight cramp left and right side on and off.Now in the evening I have only mild cramping but vagina remain dry.what is this?is this starting of periods or different thing.I cant understand.pls help me
