Yeah it does, but it's not a dead cert. I've had several periods of depression but didn't get PND. I did get a very,very bad case of the baby blues but that passed by 2weeks after the birth. Just try to make sure you have someone around you can rely on for emotional support (other than your husband/boyfriend who will be as sleep deprived and stressed out as you).

These will also pop up after your baby is born, in baby week 0 and baby week 2 of our I'm Expecting app.
