I just want a place to pray and glorify God with others
I am beginning to get an attitude because I see everywhere that our freedoms to pray to God are being taken away. It appears people are so afraid of offending someone that may not be of the Christian religion that all reference and prayer in public to Him is being look upon as a harmful and intrusive thing. Well, I am a Christian and I just want a place to pray to my Lord, to be thankful to my Lord, open my heart to my love and gratitude to my Lord, to pray for the lost souls, to pray for help for myself and others. I want to join in fellowship to express my love for my Lord without the fear of offendng someone. I just want to join others in our belief in Christ.
My dear Lord, I will never deny you. I am not ashamed in my belief of you. I mourn that our freedoms to pray to you has been taken out of public and we must pray in private places. Lord, I am proud to know you. I am thankful to have you in my life, I am overjoyed to have a personal relationship with you and I pray that others will come to know the comfort I have found with you leading my way. Thank you dear Lord for your love and grace. Amen.

heyjude1, I find myself also getting very upset so I just have to ask God to help me. I am grateful to have a place I also can come and pray!
Judy, yes when we are being attacked for our faith, we know we are doing something good and right and God will honor all we do in his name! Praise The Lord!

Yes, you are right, Hallelujah!! Normally this does not bother me too much but no, honestly it does bother me. But, Christians have been perscuted since Christ himself was persucuted. I am happy to have him in my life too. Thank you Lord!
Welcome and yes, now a day's just mention the word Christian and it sturrs up controversy from non believers and Athiest, but you know, to be honest, I don't care. I am so proud to have a personal relationship with God that if I am attacked for my believes, I say, "Hallelujah"...I'm doing something right when I'm been attacked or even hated for my belief.
