14 wk late period, negative tests. What could it be?

29 y/o women, no past pregnancies. I am OH- blood type. We have not seen a doctor to discuss conception, pregnancy or lack there of.

My husband and I have been having unprotected sex for close to 2 years, hoping to convince. My menstruation has never been completely regular. Though often around the same time, length always varied. On 8/13/17 I started my period normally. The following 3 days were unusually heavy. 5 more days of normal to light. On 9/14/17 I took a PT that was negative, and again on 9/23 & 9/24. Normal period began on 9/25/17 and ended light on 9/30/17. Followed by Negative PT on
10/19, 11/8, 11/29 & 12/13. I have spotted lightly numerous times, but still no period. Haven't been seen by my doctor but planning to in the new year. Any advice or suggestions appreciated. I have also been taking zinc, vitamin d & c, and a women's multi vitamin, along with PreMamma supplement.

Also wondering if I could ovulate and concieve and continue to miss by becoming pregnant, or do I have to have another period before I can become pregnant?
