Can u find out what Dr did to "fix" you

So I am a mother of 5 kids I started young I was 17 anyways I was 20 when I had my 3 Rd child I got an IUD kept it in way longer then the 5 yrs anyways I got it removed and bout 5 months later I was pregnant what ended up being twins I had got fixed to where I could not have any more but now I meet the man of my dreams and want to give him a child he only has one and is 27 and wants more but can I get it resverse do I can give him a child I'm 33 by the way

You should have medical records that indicate which procedure you had. Is it in the Med file that follows you thru w your medical history, know the hospital you had it done at, or Doctor that did it? You could check to see if any of those have record of it. Otherwise, you had clips or tubes severed. Not sure how much doc has to know to do a reversal. Good question if you do set up s consultation.
