Hi, sorry you are not having success so far in your trying to conceive journey.  First, do not worry about ejaculation coming out.  That's normal and doesn't prevent pregnancy.  REmember that sperm is surrounded by a lot fluid, the sperm swim north, the fluid flows out.  No big deal.  But, the issue of irregular periods is more of a problem.  Do you track your cycle?  This might help you some sort of pattern.  One way that doctors say to catch the egg is to start on cycle day one which is the first day of your next period and then on day 10 of cycle, begin having sex every other day for the next 10 days.  If you have a longer than average cycle, you can continue it for 20 days.  This should catch the egg. But you will want to discuss with your doctor your irregularity to make sure it isn't a hormonal imbalance that would impact getting pregnant.  How long have you been trying?
