Implantation bleeding

Hi, I was 8 days early on my period this month. That never happens. I've been pretty regular for the past 1-2 years, give or take a couple days late or early.m but never 8. This period feels like all my others with cramping, irritability, etc. however, I know implantation bleeding can be confused with a period since the timing of them should be around the same time. I did an HPT and it was negative. Could this be implantation bleeding? Could I be pregnant ? My sister was 6 weeks pregnant when she learned she had implantTion bleeding

Interesting! Thanks for the comment. It only lasted one day and was very light. Today (2nd day) it was just very light spotting. On Sunday it will be day 21 from the day of unprotected sex during fertile week and I hear that's the best time to test for an accurate result. I'll take another then

Let me add, do another HPT in about 3-5 days just to be sure.

Implantation bleeding is normally lighter than a regular period and only lasts a few hours, a day at the most.
