Need answers

Hello ladies,

I need some help please.  I've been trying to conceive since the middle of last year.  I am turning 27 this year and I'm starting to get a little worried.  I've been using a couple of different apps to track my ovulation and everything but I'm not having any luck.  Everyone says it's because of my weight which is 185-190, they say I'm to heavy for my size I'm 5'4. Some people tell me to have sex as soon as my period ends some say to have it before.  Idk what to do. Now I'm trying the sex before the period thing and want to know will that work? Can anyone please give me some advice or tips?
