PCOS- 10 days late am I pregnant?

I've recently be diagnosed with PCOS (40 cysts between the two ovaries). I went on the pill when I was 15 and about 4 years ago I stopped getting my period completely. Hence the recent diagnosis. I came off the pill 3.5 months ago and had 1 period lasting 3 days (very heavy). My husband also has a low sperm count. We've been trying but not trying and now I'm 10 days late according to this app. My breasts have been sore and sensitive for 3 weeks, my appetite is all over the place, I can't stop eating pickles, im exhausted despite being off work, i wake up nauseas. I've done two home pregnancy tests and both have been negative but I've read this could happen when one has PCOS due to lower levels of HCG. Before I went on the pill I was NEVER late for my period... despite having PCOS. I had 1 day two weeks ago of severe back pain and cramping which I thought was my period but nothing! I don't want to get my hopes up but has anyone else experienced this? Could I be pregnant?
