Symptoms fading

HELP!! I took home pregnancy test and it was positive....went to DR and had it verified.. My breasts have been tender but this morning when I woke up my breasts didn't feel as tender or heavy as usual...I've never been pregnant and finally after a while from trying to conceive we hope all will go smooth....should I be worried about this symptom seeming to subside?

Symptoms start to ease at around 10/11 wks as the placenta takes over and begins sustaining the pregnancy. I wouldn't worry too much, unless you start having cramps, bleeding. If you are considered high risk then I would call the OB and see if he/she feels it may be necessary to come in for an US.
