TTC after stopping Nuvaring

So my husband and I are going to be TTC soon. I was on Nuvaring for seven years. At the end of February we decided to ditch the ring and let my cycles get back to normal. I got my normal period that happens after removing the ring the first week of March.  On march 28 and 29 I had what I thought was some spotting before my period. That was all the bleeding I had and now it's almost the end of April and no bleeding yet. I've taken HPT but they have been negative. Should I just relax and wait a little longer to see if I'm going to start or should I take another test? Not sure what my normal cycle length is since I've been on bc for seven years and before that they were not normal cycles.

So I took a test this morning. Still negative. Still no period. Not entirely sure if or when I will start but I guess all I can do now is wait.

Thank you. I think I'm going to wait until next week to test. Technically I'm supposed to start today but we'll see. Also lately when I wipe there's this clear sticky mucous. Now I know that's my cervical mucous I just don't know what it means. I've never actually had to worry about any of this stuff before. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

It wouldn't hurt to take another pregnancy test, just to see in case.

I would say it's just your body trying to adjust without birth control. It can take around 6 months for your body to regulate into a new cycle again, without birth control. Just be sure to track your cycles and hopefully you should notice a pattern as they start to regulate.
