TTC but my husband has a low sperm count

Let me tell you a bit about my story. I'm open to any advice out there. To start of my husband and I have been married one year but have been trying for two. When me first start trying we was told that my husband have a low sperm count and poor mobility. Then just last month I had a copy laparoscopy or I think that how you spell it but they checked my tubes and my uterus. I found out I only have one ovary and fallopian tube. So our biggest problem is still my husband. We tried the fairhaven health for men and got nothing from it. He tried for 4 months. Please help with any info.

Thank you I'll take any advice I can get. As a bit of an update I'm 7 day late to get me cycle I'm just to scared to get a negative again so I haven't tested. I wonder if my surgery last month would of messed with my cycle at all.

If he has a low sperm count try not to have a lot of sex. I know it sounds crazy but you need to save that Sperm for your most fertile days preferably the last 2 days of your fertile window hope this helps....
