Trying to conceive

Hi me and my partner have been trying to conceive our 2nd child for more than a year now. I've just turned 40 and really want to get pregnant soon. Do you think I should see a doctor? Is there anything I can take to help. My Periods are regular.
Thanks L

Since my period I have been very bloated I look like I'm 4 months pregnant. Took a test but negative. Can you still be pregnant. Cam off my period a week ago. I was 3 days late starting my period and have cramps twice and for a full day.

At this point,  with your period due,  a home pregnancy test would be reliable.

There's no reason to just have to wonder and think about cramps and spotting - you can know if you're pregnant or not with first morning urine.

Best wishes.

Had no bleeding yesterday but then woke up at 6.30am again with stomach cramps and had it all day with some bleeding. Also had the runs this morning which has gone. Don't normally get cramps like this anymore with my periods.

Hi I was suppose to come my period 3 days ago but only so far I have had spotting on and off some brown and pink. Last night woke up with stomach cramps but not bleeding this morning. Thinking it could of been my period. Not sure could this be implantation bleeding?

TTC over a year is a good reason to visit a docter.
