Yeah, they say not to have sex every day so the sperm will be plentiful and well developed. And gravity is your friend.i would lay on mt back with my feet propped up on the wall for about 10 mins after doing the deed, try to go as long as possible without going to the bathroom after sex too

The stress of "trying" can keep you from getting pregnant. My advice would be to by the ovulation tests from the store. That will help you know the best times to have sex. After a year of trying (that's how long they normally recommend before intervention)talk to your obgyn doctor and they can start running tests on both of you to make sure all the counts are good. My husband and I tried for over two years before we went to the doctor and it took another 3 to get pregnant with all the help/procedures from the doctors. All I can say is don't give up hope! :)

I was actively trying to get pregnant and was tracking all of my period days, discharge, symptoms, etc; on a app called "Period Tracker." It shows your estimated fertile and expectant ovulation date. I also tracked when I was cramping (a sign of ovulation approaching and/or sign that I was fertile) and made sure I was intimate on those days. It took a few cycles of tracking everything, learning what to look for, and when to have sex and it definitely happened when I least expected it. My fiancé pushed me to take a test for a few days in which I thought would have came up negative, but to my surprise, it was a big fat positive. (: Don't give up! Do some research, track everything! Your time will definitely come!

I used an app called ovia my sisters doc recommended it to her and she passed it on to me!  It works!  After just two months I became pregnant.  Plus I was taking natural supplements and vitamins recommended by my doc to help with fertility!  I was with someone 2 years before my hubby never got pregnant no protection or anything but when I git with hubby and we were trying within 6 months of trying we are being blessed with a baby girl at 20 pregnant!  Stay away from alcohol!  If you smoke don't,  try stating away from fumes,  aerosol cans,  don't drink bottled water drink tap (8 cups a day)  wash freash fruits abd veggies (go organic if you can)  eat plenty of protein eggs, red meats,  nut get plenty of antioxidants (spinch, grapefruit, pomegranate) make sure hubby or bf is doing this as well. Stay away from coffee! Its ok to have 1 cup but that it!  Stay very hydrated.  Sex is the most important thing!  They tell you to skip every other day but hubby and I have it 2 to 4 times a day!  Don't move from the bed right away after u are done elevate your hips for 15 to 30 min to help reach sperm to your eggs.  Find out what kind of uterus you have certain positions will help guid sperm as well!  Avoid oral sex at all costs ! As spit mixed in with sperm can kill the sperm!  If u want u lady's want a list of the vitamins I took please let me know they are all natural to help with fertility!  Hope you girls find this helpful done plenty of research,  doctor help,  2 years of school for medical assisting.

To be honest it is all about timing.  I was ovulating and sperm happened and bam few months later I'm 35 weeks pregnant.  But yeah it just has to do with timing and fertility.  And the more you have the easier it is. Btw p tracker  is a great way fo keep up with ovulation and fertility days. Good luck!!!
