Very sensitive and early breast leakage? ????

Firstly I am pregnant with baby #2... I am 24 weeks and have been feeling this little guy move since I was 16 weeks! ...  and yes I am positive I know the difference between gas and my baby. . I have been having pain with my pelvic bone since 19 weeks or so? .... if I push on my pelvic bone it feels a little better. .. and it's only when I get up and when I am walking... any idea why this is? ???... and i have also been having breast leakage already. .. I'm hoping this is normal as well? ?? And will it effect my milk production latter?? I never had these issues with my first :(

I am 22 weeks and my breasts have just started leaking a couple of days ago. I'm having sciatic nerve problems, and felt the baby move weeks ago. My breasts leaked early with my first too and I was a milking cow when it came to feeding.  Don't stress. Once bub feeds it stimulates more milk production.
