Try to eat a lot of nutrient dense foods. Lots of spinach it has folate and other essential nutrients for pregnancy, have raw in salad or smoothie, also can add to soups etc.Try to have at least 6oz. A day. In addition lots of other fresh fruits and veggies.
I also take Garden of life raw prenatal, raw Co q 10 (our bodies produce less as we get older ),raw iron,Nordic Naturals algae omega for EPA and DHA, these things will optimize pregnancy. According to the ultrasound im actually 7weeks 1day but its hard for me to believe it. Since my last mentrual was oct. I gotta go next week. I pray to God everything is well. All they saw today was the sac and embryo. Please pray for me.
