is it normL that after eating you feel unwell? I feel great without food however when i ate, the feeling of being sick ( not vomiting at all) and headache or uncomfortable feelings happens. Is there anything i can do to make me feel better please? Thanks

Normal. I'm 25 weeks and I STILL feel at my worst a few hours after eating. Now it's more raging heartburn than nausea although they feel similar sometimes. Ugh!

I am 10 weeks as well and, up until this week, I would eat dinner and have to go lie down because I felt so nauseated. Breakfast and lunch didn't make me feel bad, but every evening I got incredibly sick, no vomiting though. Sometimes I wished I would throw up just so I'd feel better. My doctor prescribed Zofran, but I only took it a couple times because I was saving it for our vacation next week. Now I don't even need it.

The antacid tablets are fine and won't hurt anything.

Thank you. Doctor gave me an anti acid table which is safe for pregnancy but i am still afraid to take em. It is a feeling of being full but gives me so much uncomfortable;(. Nausea probably but doesnt make me vomit. Gosh i didnt know it is like these to be pregnant, guess i just have to go thru it.
I will try the gingel ale and will try the bland food. Thank you both for the heads up xz

Talk to your dr, but I would say it's pretty normal. My 1st pregnancy I was fine, other than the look, smell or thought of chicken made me sick. With my last 2, everything made me sick in the first trimester. I lived off of saltines, Nilla crackers, broth, miso soup and ginger ale. An apple would make me sick. It'll pass but let your dr know and try things you wouldn't normally eat and that are bland and smaller amounts more frequent.

Does it happen every time you eat? Sometimes women develop food aversions to food that never bothered them before becoming pregnant. But it also could be just nausea that comes with pregnancy...
