Ask the Dr about phenergan as well. It will knock out the upset stomach and vomiting and will allow u to get much needed sleep at night. Its less expensive than Zofran and insurance won't limit how many you can have just make sure you don't have to drive anywhere after taking the phenergan

I got proscribed zolfran for nausea. It caused constipation! Really bad. It did help with the nauseabut tthen I had to completely change to a high fiber diet and take stool softeners. I quit taking the zolfran and haven't had to much of problem for a couple months now. I'm 23weeks now and I'm still down 5 pounds from my prepregnancy weight. They aren't to concerned though

Have you had a scan yet? It might be a multiple preg that's making you feel worse than previous pregnancies! I lost 3kg in my first trimester too but babies are the best parasites ever- they take what they need from your stores and as long as you have enough fluids (frozen juice or ginger beer is good I found) your baby will be just fine! Good luck!

Talk to your doctor, they can prescribe Zofran for you to take. It works amazingly and it'll take away the vomiting and nauseousness.

You can get the pills or just try lots of things to see what sticks.  Gatorade.  Popsicle.  Potatos.  Chips.  Candy.  Small dry meals. Icee.  Those all worked for me.  But I get it so bad I get desperate.  I lost 10 pounds on the pills and was still in hospital 3 times for dehydration.

Don't worry.  A lot of women lose weight in the first trimester due to nausea and/or vomiting.  Just try to get in as much fluids as you can to stay hydrated. If you can't hold anything down at all, talk to your doctor as they can prescribe something to help ease the nausea.
