14 weeks, bleeding for 3 days, baby is okay

I am 14 weeks today, started bleeding on last Sunday, up to today has been 3 days. went to ER on Sunday, baby is okay. went to my OBGYN, been told the same thing, baby is okay. The bleeding like the normal period, very scared. But None of the Dr knows what cause the bleeding and how to stop it. Just checked again, the bleeding looks no sign to stop. I have no idea what to do, anyone has the same experience?

thank you, I saw the doctor today, the baby is good. the bleeding gets better, even though not completely stop yet, but much better than before. hopefully it will get better soon. hope everything goes well with your little one as well.

Yes at 15 weeks doctors didn't know why or how to fix but I'm 30 weeks today and everything is fine, I bleed for almost 3 weeks pretty heavy. I thought for sure I'd have to be on bed rest but doc said if anything bad is going to happen it would have and to just use common sense when it comes to day to day. yes, US and blood work all showed okay, but just dont know why I keep bleeding. Today is 4 days already, so desperated.

Did they give you an ultrasound?

A friend of mine had bleeding off and on her entire pregnancy. Doctors never found out what was wrong but baby was just fine.
