Hi everyone I am almost 37 weeks and I have been having the worst abdominal pain. It hurts to walk, sit down, turn in bed etc. I wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem or had any advice for it. I went to the emergency room today and found out I was only 1cm so they sent me home. Is there any way I could make my contractions come or dilate quicker?
I've been walking all day and now it feels as if I have to take a dump so I keep going to the bathroom but no poop and no pains really
