1st Cycle of IVF Proceed or Cancel

I just turned 43 a few weeks ago and currently on Day 9 of stims. 300Follistim/150Menopur/ and 2days of Ganirelix.  I have only three follicles (2 @15.7mm / 1@ 12.4mm).  Estrogen level is 292 as of yesterday.  My doctor is looking to do the trigger shot either Sunday or Monday.  
I'm paying out of pocket(struggled to do so) and wondering if you think I should proceed with IVF with these results. Any similar situations out there?

Hello, its June now and I wonder about your update thus far.  But to answer your question I believe any possibility is worth the effort.  It depends too on how much you really wanna get pregnant.  But IVF certainly is a good try if you really want it that bad.

Hi!  Oh, I so hope your cycle works for you.  I think if your doctor knows that you are paying out of pocket (and it is SO expensive) that they should be prudent to give you the best shot in trying. Today is Monday.  Did you go through with it?  What are your concerns?  I now it is always scary that it won't work!  Will keep you in my thoughts that it does!!!
