27 weeks, bad mentrual like cramps

Hey Ladies, I'm 36 with baby #4, today I had some bad menstrual like cramps, so bad it feels sometimes like I have to take a BM. But nothing happens. I drink lots of water and rest when i can at work, but I work with autistic children so not always possible. Also started having light brown discharge. Should I worry or is this normal for baby #4?

Ty ladies. I went in today with pinkish discharge and more cramps. Turns out I am dilated to 1 with a BV infection. I put up another post, wondering now if any other ladies were dilated this early? Midwife says sometimes it happens with births close together. My son is almost a yr and half. Kinda worried.

Hospital if you have any dark/brown discharge... Cramps w/out discharge/bleeding CAN be normal, especially if you have had a c-section in the past.. I have experienced many of these cramps this time, my second, & usually do some stretching... He is getting too big to fit much more than his head down there now, but my doc said that as long as there was no bleeding, probably uterus stretching, maybe old stitches trying to stretch, etc... It can be rough.. But if you are bleeding in ANY WAY - HOSPITAL!

I would go straight to the hospital if I get any brown discharge. Specially with pain.
