At 30 weeks my son's was breech. At 32 weeks he was head down. The baby will more than likely be head down in the next few weeks. I wouldn't worry yet. Give him time, they flip when they're ready...good luck and happy baby :)

2 people in my antenatal classes were in breech position. They both used pack of frozen peas on the top of bump and within a few minutes lo had flipped to head down position. Maybe worth a try. But i agree u still have a while to go yet.

Along with inversion playing music down by your pelvis is how my aunt got all 3 of her kids to flip themselves you may have to try different types of music but babies tend to gravitate towards music. Good luck!

Google external version. It's a technique for turning the baby after 37 weeks. The area also "exercises" you can do to help encourage a flip like sitting with your butt up and head down in a resting yoga-like position. Check the Internet or books.
