I'm 2cm dilated at 37 wks I've dne tons of walking up & dwn steps in my home everytime she goes down she push herself back up lol helpppp????!!!! what else can I do? everyone keep mentioning spicy food but I dnt understand what that would do!

I hate to say this, but babies come when they are ready. You aren't even at your due date yet. As interminable as it feels, you'll get there mama. Be patient. I was eight days over with my second. She was worth every extra moment:)
