could i be pregnant

hi for the last few months ive been having very light periods which are pinkish but having all the pregnancy symptoms with tender breast that have become larger weight gain sickness felling tired weeing more often even weight gain streach marks flutters also other symptoms that i had whilist i was pregnant with my daughter whos two ive done pregnancy test that have come back negertive and i would be 30-33 weeks pregnant but have had a ultrasound about 3 months ago which didnt show a pregnancy but slight polsitic ovire simdrone on one of my ovieres but i dont have any smptoms of that other than irregular periods but this all started when i had on protcted sex twice couldit be a pregnancy or a phatom pregnancy very confused now as fells like im pregnant

im very cofused as a few days ago i had a big blob of clear jelly discharge which was slightly pink in it which is like the show i had with my daughter could it just be ovulation dischare help sorry abot the details

Hi Jessica- If I were you I would definitely see your doc. I know cysts on your ovaries can sometimes lead to pregnancy symptoms, but I would still go see them right away.

Well, I can tell you that if you were 30 to 33 weeks pregnant, there would have been no question about it on your ultrasound.  And home pregnancy tests would be positive.  Sounds like the cysts are causing some hormonal issues, and I agree with Amy.  You should see your Dr. again.  Best of luck to you.
