37.6 Weeks & Dont Know Crap! Lol Help Please

Hey this is my first pregnancy and i dont know crap about anything lol.. How are contractions suppose to feel idk if im thinking about it too much but i dont know what to expect when a contraction is happening people say your tummy suppose to harden i check but it just feel my baby hard body. I do have sharp stabbing pains down there every once in a while does that mean anything?

See idk i try to feel if stomach is hard but i just feel my babies back against my stomach so idk if its the baby or if its just getting hard you get me? Im a ***** confused on all these feelings its so over whelming :(

Your stomach tightens and you feel like you desperatly need a wee! I feel a bit faint with them to but dont know if everyone does. I have an irritable uterus so get them alot. Real contractions are tightenings with pain that gets gradually worse then dissipates. Then nothing for a few minutes then same again kind of like waves. Im having a false one as I write this lol its just like your stomach hardening

Yes and real labor contraction to some women can feel like extreme menstrual cramps that are consistent in time and gets stronger

I sometimes feel like tighting under my belly or feel like i have to fart? Is that contractions?

You feel a lot of tightening of the stomach a long with pain. Pain varies per person but when your in active labor they will come every 5mins or less and last about a min long. Pain and pressure in the bottom area will increase with time as baby lowers
