What should you do if you 4 1/2cm an you not in labor?

Stayrat the hospital ornif ur not there than go u shouldn't sray home if ur that far along u could be in labor n don't know it labor could come fast or slow each person is different I went from 4 to 10 an n hr so I would say be safe n go to hospital
