38 weeks...getting impatient :)

Not much of a question, just a vent. I go for a growth scan today as baby was estimated to weigh 7 lbs 2 oz at 35 weeks. I know their estimates can be WAY off, but OB wants to check again and then talk about induction or whatever on Wednesday. She did mention c-section, but I was very blunt and told her that unless she can give me solid medical evidence that I would need one, it wasn't going to happen. :)

Contraction are ongoing, but nothing close together. Supposed to get checked for dilation on Wednesday, I really hope something is going on. OB brought up the membrane stripping, so we will talk about that Wednesday too. It didn't work the first time with my son, so we will see.

These last few weeks are just dragging by... I just hope he is here soon. It's like someone stopped the clock! The first 36 weeks went by sooo fast! Please time speed up!!!

Good for you. We shouldn't let them talk us into anything we don't want. I hope these 2 weeks go quickly for you!

getting close!! i so agree, there is no reason medically that you need an induction or a c section based on their "guess" of babies size/weight.  they can be off by lbs!

stand your ground! lol   im just 27 weeks but feel size wise 35 lol.  hope to hear contractions pick up and you are on the way for a delivery the way you want it!
