probability of getting pregnant after a mc?

I miscarried at 5 weeks on the 21at of sept. im currently on cd14 and should ovulate over the weekend. Doctor has given us the go ahead to ttc again because I MC naturally. My question is has anyone had a successful pregnancy after a MC and if so how long after your MC did you conceive?

I miscarried Feb 15 2012 at 10 weeks (no yolk sack). I became pregnant again around end of July without trying (unexpected). I was scared as I'm 42 & my mc was natural & devastating.  I am now at 12 weeks 5days and baby has a strong hb (167-170). Baby is also very active seeming to dance much like Daddy...keeping us amused, for sure. Make sure to keep taking your folic acid and whatever else your doctor recommends!!  Best wishes to you!

I had a miscarriage may 6,2012. It was devastating, as you know.  We conceived again July 13th. I am now 14 weeks along, feeling great. Although after a mc you always worry about Every little thing you feel. I have had two us, one at 8 weeks and one at 12weeks. Both were great, hb has been at a strong 160 the whole time. I pray this continues, I'm so in love with this little one.   If you are on fb, there is a great group that is private for those who are trying to conceive after a miscarriage. It is called hopes and dreams. All very strong, supportive women who have been through many kinds of situations. The group has helped me tremendously! Best if luck xoxo

I had 2 previous miscarriages in 2010 and 2011. I was 15wks in 2010 and miscarried and got preg again 8 months later. I carried my baby till 33wk then lost my baby n 2011 and got preg 9 mnts later. Now I'm 4wks 3dys prego....so it took me a little while to get pregnant again.Good Luck!!!

I had a miscarriage August last year and got pregnant in October. Unfortunately it was a blighted ovum, so I lost that one in December.  We took a few months off, and started to try again. I got pregnant in July and I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. I sure hope it doesn't take long for you to have a healthy pregnancy.
