Aim for an Orgasm. Also play with your nipples, it stimulates your uterus and causes your body to produce oxictocin. Contractions usually follows. Also try to limit your water in take, I know it sounds stupid. But dehydration brings on labor. Once you get to the hospital they are gonna tell you not to drink anything so your contractions can be consistent.
Yup, sure can. It definitely worked for me. A few hrs later I was in labor and delivered. Try it. Good luck
