41 with symptoms of pregnancy

I'm having MANY symptoms of pregnancy but not sure what is going on really!?!
Symptoms: 1) 2 week before cycle i started with appetite loss and random nausea. May 21st had my cycle on time & normal time frame. Spotted day 1, light flow day 2 and spotted day 3. Then 2 days after cycle ended i saw very light pink blood in discharge. 10 days later during urination I saw a little heavier blood as if I was starting again but it only happened that one time. Yesterday I saw light/medium brown discharge off and on. Today I still am seeing the brownish discharge with a little cramping as if my cycle is on again.
2) Jeans are tighter just in hip area as if I spread but weight dropped by 5 pounds.
3) Have had 3 nose bleeds.
4) Breast (nipple is sore) and bras fit tighter.
5) Tired more.
6) Vomited one time after breakfast.
7) Get nauseated at same time each evening (6:00)
8) Feeling gassy more.
I had tubaligation ( 1 clamp on each tube) 19yrs ago in September.  Got pregnant 3 yrs ago but didn't know it until I had a miscarriage at a relatives house. Can someone please tell me if this is implantation bleeding or if something more is going on?

The brownish discharge that had stringy or slight small clots. It lasted 2 1/2 days and stopped last night. My belly button area is bout to itch off and I threw up 2 times last night after only eating 3 cookies. No matter how much I keep denying it, I feel in my gut that implantation bleeding has occurred!!

It's rare, but I've known people to get pregnant after tubal ligation. At this point a urine test should confirm, but even if it's negative, you should see your OB because something else could be causing the hormone fluctuations.

Have you taken a home pregnancy test? That would be the first thing I would do...or wait and see if you miss your next period...

Yes I need to make an appointment with my OBGYN doctor asap! Guess I have been afraid of them thinking I lost my dern head because I have a tubaligation. Most of the symptoms seem familiar to pregnancy before but the brown discharge, spotting and 1 time bleeding has thrown me off to what I know!

You sound like you're pregnant. I'd do a home pregnancy test or even a trip to your ob would be pretty official.

I would suggest taking a home pregnancy test. At this point it should be positive if you are pregnant.
