What a blessing that God choose you to be your babies Mom!
How many weeks are you!
I remember in the beginning wishing I could fast forward to 12 weeks ,now I think wow the time really did fly by!

I am 46 and 22 weeks pregnant! Don't let all the statistics scare you!
I had 20 week, level 2 ultrasound and Dr. Said everything looks perfect.
Just focus on what you can control, some things I did immediately to optimize my pregnancy. ..1.
Take high quality prenatal like Garden of Life raw prenatal,it is organic and whole food sourced. 2.
I take Nordic Naturals algae omega for DHA AND EPA,this is critical for babies brain development and prevention of post partum depression. 3.
I take
RAW CO Q 10 from Garden of life, we produce less on our own as we get older. 4.
I make smoothies with 5 oz. Of raw spinach ,fruits ,etc.  Spinach has folate which is essential for pregnancy.
5. Get lots of rest
6. Eat nutrient dense foods
7. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy, stress is bad for you and baby!
