5 Weeks Empty Sacs (Twins!) Afraid of Miscarriage

I had spotting/discharge and went in for ultrasound. I thought I was seven weeks but ultrasound revealed 2 empty sacs! Potential for twins!! Measuring 5 weeks. They said to early to tell and called it a threatened pregnancy. Since then the bleeding increased. For past four days and I can't see a doctor until Monday. I had cramping for 2 days and passed some tissue. I had a miscarriage in September and I so afraid of it happening again. This not as bad but I was 10 weeks with the previous mc. I am thinking the worst here. The bleeding did not soak pads but I did have to change every couple hours. Like a light period. The tissue was finger nail size with one bigger today and bleeding looks like it stopping. Positive thoughts or I am just hoping for a miracle?

Since she hasn't post since January, it may have been the miscarriage unfortunately. Hopefully not, but she might not come back to let us know if it was since it might be painful.

Try to rest, relax, and drink plenty of water. I had very heavy bleeding with large clots from 7 weeks 6 days to 11 weeks 5 days. Still spotting lightly from time to time... but I'm almost 16 weeks now and baby is doing great!!

Rest rest rest. I was told i had an empty sac too. But it took a few days. Before they seen anything change. Go to an e.r. if that one doesnt feel like they're helping go to another. Second opinion doesnt hurt. My ultrasound tech didnt know what she was doing

Thank you. I like hearing hopeful stories.I have appointment tommorow so I am hoping for the best :).Being 36 and trying to grow my family is alot harder then I thought but worth it. Have one beautiful little girl at home. Just want give her sibling. Best wishes to you

I just wanted to say, i had an ultrasound thinking I was close to 6wks3-5 days and they saw sac with nothing else measureing 5wks and 4 days.

Im currently 23weeks pregnant and didnt see a heartbeat till 7weeks.
