What is the best way to relieve a migraine during pregnancy?

I'm 14 weeks, and have been suffering from a nasty migraine for the better part of a day now.  Since I can't take any medicine, what can or should I do?

Try soaking your feet in warm to hot water while putting a cold pack around your neck.

With my first 2kids my Dr gave me percect for migranes. This pregnancy they gave me firocet which is more caffeine and tylonal(different doctor w this pregnancy) sometimes they work but it just depends on your body.I get cluster migranes and will be down for days at a time.they told me I could continue my regular migrane meds(maxalt) but after reading up on the affects it could have on baby I can't bring myself to take it.

I use an ice pack on the back of the neck right or across my eyes. Or you can alternate between the two. Hope this helps you

Other than Tylenol there isnt much. Do you normally drink caffeine?  If ao, cut it out...if not, drink some. There are pressure points between your thumb and pointer finger you can try. I had them really bad to where I was in a dark roo. In sunglasses with my last pregnancy. That lasted 2 months. If they get too bad, ask about reglan.  It's a anti nausea med that has a side effect of helping migraines.  It's the only thing that helped me.
