Harmony test results
hello- has anyone had a Harmony test done? I did several weeks back and the lab said my results are in but my doctor hasn't contacted me. I've tried calling but have not recieved a call back. Has anyone gotten results straight from the lab or did you HAVE to wait to hear from the doctor? Any info will help

Great test. Found out I was having a boy and sonogram confirmed it last week!! Got call in 7days from doctors office. Great test..but I do understand your nervousness. I was very nervous and concerned. Being older (36) everything feels different. If it were a problem..believe me they would have called you asap!! I'll pray for you.
Yes they can tell you the gender. I think the gender part is also another test that tells if there is an 3rd chromosome abnormality with relation to the sex chromosome. Someone can probably relay that info better than me.

I got my results in 5 days. I did the test through a private clinic...they called me to say everything was fine. Then I got the results by post a few days after.
Yes I got it done at about 12 weeks. The doctor I dealt with there told me she would be the one calling me in 2 weeks. I was super excited because I did not know they could also tell the sex. She called me a lil less than 2 weeks later and informed me of the results and the sex of baby. Girl and low risk for everything. They should have contacted you but I'm sure they gave your results to your doc too. I would be ringing your docs phone off the hook. Especially if it's Been several weeks ago. Oh okay...I called the lab and they said they sent them to my doctors offuce...I'll call and request for them to send them to me as well

I did. My results were mailed to my house. It took 3 weeks. All the results tell you is your child's risk for the genetic abnormalities that you opted for. Mine came back low risk for everything. Can the lab resend the results to you?
