Abdominal pain and aches?

So I feel a bit retarded but just how much pain is normal from upper abs on down? I just ache all the time between gas constipation and I assume round ligament pain.  It doesn't help that I have degenerative disc disease either.  So anyhow ladies help rate pain for real here, not a quote of all of the articles that always end with the ambiguous seek medical help/advice if pain is severe lol.

Thanks ladies, I appreciate your response.  I think I over think and worry so much.  I had almost given up on having a baby without medical intervention because we had been trying for a while, so I guess I worry.  Also so much in my life has come together and its almost like I am holding my breath for anything wrong to happen.  I haven't exactly had it all rosy and well I don't have any female relatives close so I have no one to really bounce my worries off of lol.  Anyhow I appreciate you ladies very much.

My abdominal pain turned out to be a hernia. So if it doesn't feel normal I would get it checked out.

I rate pain based on location. If it's up higher it's likely temporary or will get better once baby is out (like gas pains and/or rib pain). Anything down near my pelvis I'm a bit worried about. Sharp pains near the pubic bone don't worry me, as I have SPD so it's expected. Sharp pains in my hip area I chalk up to round ligament pain if I move too quickly or stretch too far. Anything else, like menstrual like cramping, I take very seriously. I pay close attention to Braxton Hicks as well as any pelvic pressure. I'm 30 weeks with my second. If ever in doubt, always feel free to call your doctor or midwife and tell them your symptoms.
