Accurate Results

I had the Panorama test is a special genetic test that checks for different tests such as Trisomy 13, Trisomy 18, Trisomy 21, Monosomy X, and 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. It can also test for the sex of the baby as well. You have to be at least 9wks pregnant. I had mine done at 12wks pregnant. The results shows me that I'm having a baby girl. How accurate are these tests. Have anyone had one done and the results of baby's sex be incorrect?

Yeah.... I haven't had an ultrasound since I was12 weeks. I have one coming up in about 3 more weeks. I think that my husband as well as myself all secretly hoping for a boy. We have 2 girls and wanted this one to be a boy. All in all, I'm really just hoping for a healthy baby since I've lost 2 before.

Is that the same as IPS screening part 1?

Those test go off your baby's DNA. Very small chance of being wrong.

Mine was accurate... At least according to the ultrasound I'm having a girl as well... We'll see when baby comes, lol. Her Daddy is convinced she will be a boy. I doubt the blood test and ultra sound can both be wrong.
