I am so sorry about your loss! :-(   I don’t know when she’ll be able to have another baby. Her doctor should be able to let you know with regular checkups. For now, I’d be concerned about her feelings and overall mental health. She needs emotional support and time to grieve. Maybe it’s too soon to talk to her about having another baby?

As far as intercourse and healing from a cesarean, only she can answer those questions for you. She must be feeling very traumatized right now, and sex is probably the last thing on her mind. Just be there for her and let her know how much you love her and care for her. She will let you know when she’s ready.

Sorry for your loss.
There is no way to know when your wife will get pregnant again.  You both should ask advice from her Doctor to know when you can start trying again.
