Alright...who the heck said pregnancy was 9 months?????!!!!

Yesterday I turned 40 WEEKS!!!! what the fudge is going on! no signs of baby coming, no signs of dilation, effacement, crampiness... NOTHING! =(

Today I have my 40th week doctors appointment at 1pm, and most likely the @$$#*l3 will be telling me: 'oh Vanessa, just go home and relax, you're not even dilated yet...' I swear somebody is gonna get hurt at that office... and it won't be me!!!

I guess I can wait out another week... no biggie for me, but 2 weeks?!?!?! MY A$$!!! i won't wait two weeks! this is my miracle baby! i'm not risking it!!! i don't care how much pain i will be in with an induction/C-section... whatever! I don't want my little one to stress in there, or to run out of oxigen or to tangle with the cord!!! no way!!!! =(

I can't stand when people at the office ask me 'argh... are you still here?!?!?!'....

well no! this is just an hologram of me to remind  you I am in labor, and just came to let you know....

ARGH!!! they are making me more anxious!!!! and then they go 'hmmm maybe she'll come when she's ready...'

no $hit!!!! maybe next year she'll be ready.... if she's any like daddy....

this is the same dumb *** that didn't wanna run tests on me when i was TTC and then i went to the RE and found out i had all kinds of c#ap going on in my 'baby maker'.....

OMG! I was laughing so hard I almost cried. I can barely see to type with all the tears in my eyes.
vsant~ I feel for you but I love that sense of humor. Just picturing you putting your foot down, whining and sniffling for the doctor to give you permission to have your baby just sets me off howling. I am emotionally over the edge anyway......I either cry or laugh and I would rather laugh.

Go get what you want girl! At 40 weeks there is no harm to your baby only to your sanity.

Let us know how it all works out......I am up for some more hilarium, lol.

ahhhh pobrechita...  it will be soon now... I still have 25 days left!!  You are just around the bend... and if you go over he can induce you.. no biggie... I did it with 2!  just enjoy eating like a pig for the next week with an excuse.. I just ate a jelly doughnut and 3 doughnut holes... (damn work people bringing treats ;)  anyway try to enjoy feeling your baby... soon your belly will be empty and believe me you will miss having her on you 24/7... but you will be able to see her cute face soon... we love you

You know what?? I am ready to 'turn the faucet' on ANY time right now! hell! i just went to pee (for the umpth time) and sat there on the pot... started thinking about the homeless doggies... and how this one time i tryed saving this one that had a horrible illness and i can't remember if i couldn't and just let him go, or i took him to the vet and had to put him to sleep... anyway, it was a very sad outcome and i just started crying there!!!!!! =((((((((

I was dialated 1cm but that dont mean **** my 4thDD I was 2cm for over a month it could happen whenever, your water could even break and your not dilated at all, ask him about stripping your membranes and see what he says it might work.

for my first DD I went in at 40 weeks, 2 cm dilated and he told me nope your not ready.. I started crying hysterically, told him I CANNOT be pregnant one more day, I think I cried and whined so much, he said fine, we will break your water today at 1PM. needless to say the tears stopped i was like ok, see ya at 1... try it, dont leave without kicking and screaming.. see what he says!! good luck to you!!

I feel you pain lady.  My DD was nearly two weeks late and it sucked and was stressful!  Doc stripped my membranes.  Didn't do cr@p and hurt like h3ll.  

Can you ask to be induced?  I did for this preg.  Makes me nervous to go over the due date.  I think you told us your doc didn't want to induce at one point?

Cant your stupid doc just strip your membranes and see what happens? I personally know so many women who this helped things along and gave birth within 24 to 48 hours, but I have to tell you my first was 4 days late of her due date,

Just wondering if you are counting 40 weeks from LMP or from conception? My babies like the entire 40 weeks from conception to birth, so if you are counting from your LMP to birth, you might have a few more days to go. I know, nothing you want to hear right now. However, enjoy relaxing and taking naps because after baby arrives, those will be items of rare luxury!  Best wishes!!

run and get you some of that red leaf raspberry tea.. sounds like they may have to induce.. and I had read it actually helps with labor! as far as bloodflow and pain.
I cant believe you are still working. hell.. I have been keeping it low for the past few days fear of being somewhere and my water breaking etc...I yet havent gone to the store to get me some. although I will.. did alot of reserch on it.. It sounds like just the stuff I need.. being my age and all giving birth.. yikes ugh.. I think I already have a rib out of place!!!!

Thanks for the *crack-up* don't mean to laugh at you, but I've been there...and then after the baby came I was like, WHY DIDN"T I TAKE THOSE LAST FEW DAYS AND SAVOR THE PEACE :)  HA HA, well, that bytes that your dr. won't do anything early. I totally understand your concerns about leaving her in too long to cook. Don't forget them having their first BM in there too!! ha ha, (sorry) 40 weeks, yeah and people say WALK, HUH, I can't go to the end of the street without having to pee!!  Maybe your dr. will have good news today...when he goes in for the internal...Are you BD'ing at all?????  Don't pout, *big HUGS*
