Amniotic fluid leaking
How can you tell you're leaking fluid? I've had to use the bathroom a lot more lately than usual and wondering if there is any connection? (I'm 26 weeks and a constant worrier)
Well if you were leaking, your underwear would likely feel damp or wet several times a day and it would probably feel a little like you've peed yourself...and you would likely feel the leakage throughout the day...
Frequent urination is normal at your stage and has no connection to leaking amniotic fluid. You can also leak urine since if you wait to go urinate. Amniotic fluid doesn't have an odor where as urine smells. . Amniotic fluid is clear and maybe tinged with blood. If in doubt definitely talk to your doctor. Leaking amniotic fluid can cause serious complications.
