Constipation

Arh baby number 5, the first boy is laying deep in the back of my womb. The boy is kicking back like everything beneath and behind him is a sofa lol

Problem is, his ten tonne *** is stopping my supersized *** from doing its business!!! I darent push case he pops out!!! Joke!!!

So, what natural tips have you ladies got for the gruesome constipation?

:) x

Arh that's so cool. Its reassuring too when they kick.

My lil gummy is active in the afternoons, evenings and wakes me up once in the night, then at dawn.

Your scan has come around fast!! Hope it goes well x x

Thanks Amy, how's you? Im just so sore. The swelling is gradually easing in the vagina area. Hurts to sneeze etc. He's ok, been active, arh brought tears to my eyes feeling him move again. I'm walking like john Wayne but least baby moving.

They couldn't trace his heartbeat today for a few secs, then you heard a rumble of movement, then his heartbeat. Nurse said ooh he's moving, next thing he kicked the monitor as if to say ok I'm here now you be gone LOL. X

Cherry juice is my choice. Taste way better then prunes or flax.

Ugh. So sorry. That had to be scary. Perhaps ask the doctor for a stool softener.

Thanks ladies and congrats on the early birth!!

It was a bad constipation today. My whole area down below turned inside out with severe swelling. Gushes of water, blood and pink shows from the vagina. Baby stopped moving completely. I had to go hosp. Such a relief to hear baby's heart eventually. The docs thought I was in prem labor but turned out it was false. The cervix was closed, no infections, blood and waters stopped too. I'm just waiting on anti d results.

It was scary, my body refused to stop pushing. I'm now petrified of pooping LOL x

Flax seeds or oil is great. I would eat raw spinach too. They help lots. I hope you get things moving ;-)

I had constipation really bad and I put some flax seeds on my cereal and it helped right away. I got the finely ground flax seeds from the health food store. I also made fresh fruit juice and drank that. I had my baby today 16 days early and she is fine.

I have it bad :(, drink some fruit juice or fizzy fruit pop then some cold milk....relax and give it half an hour....rinse...repeat.

Works for me so it may help :)
Good luck hun and happy pooping XD
