B Strep Test

Has anyone had the Streptococcus test ? If so , how do they do it & does it hurt ? I have to have the test done at my next doctors visit wensday . HELP !

Mine just swabbed the outside of my vagina. :)

They swab the inside of your vagina and they do the outside of your anus. It's painless

They have two swabs, one for your vagina, one for your butt. Expect to be swabbed on your bum.

I had it done today, the nurse actually swabbed the inside of my vagina. It didn't hurt.

They did mine via urine sample. No swabbing involved at all.

Nope it doesnt hurt...they swab the outer vaginal area...no where near as bad as a pap.

I had it already im about to be 40 weeks and no it doesnt hurt its not bad at all

My doctor told me all he will do is just swab the inside of the vagina. I have to have it done Wednesday also...
